Our Story
Futureworks was founded on a simple belief: strategy only matters if it gets executed. After years of working with leadership teams across public and private organizations, our founders witnessed the same pattern: strong strategies and ambitious goals, but fragmented execution, unclear priorities, and little shared ownership.
Futureworks was created to close that gap. Not as another reporting tool, but as a shared execution workspace where strategy, OKRs, priorities, and meetings come together, and where teams build the habit of moving from words to action.

Kim Leinan
Founder, Board & OKR Result Coach
Kim is a recognized practitioner in strategy execution and OKRs. With a background as a consultant, coach, and operator, he has spent years helping leadership teams translate strategy into concrete priorities, measurable progress, and real behavioral change.
Known for his pragmatic approach, Kim focuses less on theory and more on building execution habits that actually stick. He is an active speaker and contributor in the Nordic OKR and strategy community, and at Futureworks, he leads vision, methodology, and customer value.
Alexander Furre
Co-Founder, CEO & Product Leadership
Alexander shapes the product and technical direction of Futureworks with a strong focus on usability, structure, and decision support. His work centers on designing tools that help teams see what matters, understand dependencies, and make better decisions, faster.
He ensures that Futureworks is not just powerful, but intuitive, focused, and easy to adopt across the organization.
Håvard Helmen
Co-Founder
Håvard is a serial entrepreneur and coach with nearly four decades of experience building and scaling companies. Known for combining strategic thinking with human leadership, he has worked extensively as an advisor for founders and leadership teams.
As a earlier board member, Håvard brought long-term perspective, entrepreneurial experience, and governance strength to Futureworks.
